Jungheinrich has appointed Manojit Acharya as vice president for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
With over 25 years of experience in the industrial and material handling sectors, Acharya brings a track record in strategic leadership and market expansion, as well as an understanding of the diverse Asia-Pacific material handling market to the role.
He has spent the past decade scaling and growing Jungheinrich India in both size and profitability. Since 2022, he has also led the Sub Region South Asia, including Thailand and the distributor network, driving strong regional performance.
“Manojit’s strong regional knowledge, exceptional record in building scalable operations, driving profitable growth, and nurturing customer relationships makes him the ideal choice to execute our ambitious Asia-Pacific growth strategy,” says Nadine Despineux, member of the board of management, sales, Jungheinrich.
Acharya succeeds Stefan Brehm, who, after six transformative years leading Asia-Pacific, returns to Europe to head Jungheinrich’s DACH and North-East Europe region.

David Campbell
Daifuku Intralogistics America has appointed David Campbell to the position of senior VP direct sales and marketing.
Campbell has more than 25 years’ experience in supply chain automation and integrated distribution solutions. He has been with Daifuku for almost seven years, working as a senior account executive in Chicago.
Daifuku states Campbell’s strategic perspective and deep operational knowledge, will be instrumental in helping customers navigate the rapidly evolving materials handling landscape.
