billion dollar evaluation? And what does that have to do with developing this machine? They achieved that money making the technology we have and now do currently use which raises the question, how much more do they need to product this new concept?
If the machine is already built and is being tested (as has been stated in earlier posts in the other missing discussion) whats the problem? Why is it not on the market now?
Senate regulators, EPA and other entities asking to much for the approval? or what? Maybe it can't be decided which agency is going to get the credit for handling this... ????
All speculation i know but whats the hold up?
