I think Briggs have the potential to be a market leader, but their biggest stumbling block is the big white elephant called Cannock, they will never retain customers aslong as customers have to deal with those inexperienced morons they employ there...... listen to your customers, they want regional depots, and control, they don't want to deal with so called senior controllers who couldn't organise a weekly shopping list, but hey what do we know, I suppose it all looks good on a spread sheet.
