Confirm your battery, connectors and contactors are OK, if battery checks out (load test each cell) examine all cabling for heat or corrosion damage. Perform a draw test on drive motors. Some underlying problem exists to burn out transistors so frequently could be as simple as bad cabling. Is the lift used to push or pull heavy loads?
