Discussion:
Hey Dealers-

Forklifts have been area in my company that has sort of developed all by itself. So you tell me...

What exactly are you looking for from a lease company. We seem to be doing ok with everyone, but I want everyone to be raving about how good we are to work with. We compete with every large company in every other industry we work in, so I want to know how to accommodate you and make EVERYONE happy.

John..
Does someone work for GBC? Ha!

Firstly, 100% of the time you call into my division you will get a live person if it is in business hours. Secondly, we do have a small doc fee, but I would like to stress the word small(sometimes the little extra money is worth it.) Finally, we move as fast as the customer. If they are A+ Credits we can turn them around VERY quickly.(also dealers-we pay reserves.)

Thanks for the reply John!

Take a lesson from Greater Bay Capital - they are the best - 99.9% of the time you call - you get a live person no voice mail - very strange concept. No doc fees & most important customers luv their agreements - single page, does take two legal councels to interpert it.
People I work with at GBC are very nice, friendly & knowledgeable, a pleasure to deal with especially in this impersonal - e-mail, voice mail, low sense of urgency age that we live in.

"Have An Exceptional Day!"
Thanks for the insight GALIFTER,
That is kind of a leasing wish list isn't it? However, we do most of this already.
We are a commercial/equipment lease company. So unless you are willing to structure something serious on the capital/operating leases(Multi Millions) that is difficult for us to do. If you are talking A+ Credit, we can usually do same day approvals-We can get a lot of ugly scores and histories done too, but to be creative we need a little more time. Our only fees are doc fees. Everything else there we do on a daily basis

I'm trying to be straight forward because so many companies in my industry keep saying yes yes yes-until they are sure they can or can not do the deal.
