Discussion:
Lift not moving

Hi, I bought a used EXU 20 with 148hrs on it. The batteries are not great but before replacing I wanted to make sure all is working OK.

At the minute, the up and down work fine but when I try moving I can hear a noise but no movement. I have looked at the controller and the status LED is flashing - 4 quick flashes followed by a single flash. The flashing is happening with the machine key in the on position. (orange LED)

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get it moving? or know what the error is? IS there a workshop manual online?

Thanks for any help.

Hi,
The error code should be "1.4".
This means that the truck has an "Incorrect sequence" in which the correct one must be :
1) Key switch ON => This must be no problem since you have the hydraulic function working
2) Tiller sensor active => The truck model EXU-AC=> Have 2 options: Tiller Switch and Tiller sensor=> you must check it out if it is in good function.
3) Direction Micro switches ON => this micro switch is located inside the tiller head PCB Board => you must open & check it.
4) The Accelerator signal changes => if all the above checking steps are OK, the ACC. potentiometer is worn out, in this case, you will have to order the complete tiller head controller.
Your truck model is EXU AC this model should be manufactured in the year of 2004 -2005,...if the operating hour is correct only 148hrs => I assume that all the parts mentioned above are still in good condition except that the truck has been stocking for a long time without operating the wiring harness might be bitten by a mouse, rat or one of them is cut off by foreign factors, unknown causes. Another possibilities may be caused by: The truck was stocked for a long time in a bad environment such as high humidity, sea wind included salt....to make the connectors are oxidized with very bad contact, in this case, you should open all the connectors and clean them one by one.

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
