I have a mcugl02f36lv it cranks but not starting,I'm getting fuel and spark code fo4 and p04 displays on dash

I checked all the wiring from ecm to relay box and relays and it is not a problem. I just checked the green line of the white line coming from the ecu and it does not bring any voltage or signal to the relay box to activate the relays.
