Raymond easi r35tt no power

Working on a Raymond that had a code 23. Change t1 t2 q1 and power card. The code went toa 26. This morning the lift will not even power on. Shop tech said he pushed the main contractor down with the 26 code on the dash and it just quit powering up. Any clues?

Reach for the sky
First, check the power and control fuses. Control fuses are located on the system card if I remember correctly and the power fuses are at the contactors. Before powering back up, check shorts to frame. Under the heatsink that the Q1 and Rec1 (which could also be shorted) are mounted to there is an insulator pad. This will sometimes develop a hole, shorting the above components to the frame of the truck.

Ain't nothing I can't fix but a broken heart and the break of day!
Battery at 36.7 volts at last check which was Wednesday. Have not checked fuses in contactor panel yet. Truck was powering up and the fingers had to touch it.

for the code 26 the tm1 and tm2 that were put in, are the leads on the right spots? use the two outside pins on the tm and cut the inside ones off. 26 is open in field circuit 23 is armature.

Well first I would check are the control fuses to see if it blew any of them.
If you haven't tried this, try unplugging the battery and plug it back in.

If memory serves me I believe there is a fuse panel tucked in the contactor panel. It should have 2 or 3 fuses on it. One of those fuses is the power control fuse.
