First, check the power and control fuses. Control fuses are located on the system card if I remember correctly and the power fuses are at the contactors. Before powering back up, check shorts to frame. Under the heatsink that the Q1 and Rec1 (which could also be shorted) are mounted to there is an insulator pad. This will sometimes develop a hole, shorting the above components to the frame of the truck.
