Dear All Still experts,

I have the problem with the Still truck model R20X-20 (Year 2007), please see my bellow problem report and kindly help me:

- The truck has been started normally after turn on the key switch.
- But after running or liffting in 5 minutes => the truck has been stopped no traction + no hydraulic function. We have tried to press the key pads on the control panel but all of the keypads have no function too (I means the panel has been suspended)
- There is no any error messages displaying on the control panel.
- We have tried to reset the truck by turning OFF and ON the key SW => then the truck can run + lift again but as same as mentioned above all the function have been stopped after 5 minutes.
- This is the cold store version so we have tried to clean and dry all control cards and all the coonnector to avoid humidity => But finally the problem can not be solved and happens again and again as before
Please kindly check and advise what I have to do for solving this problem
