No power...

A customer called saying they had charged the battery the night before as they all do..

He then proceeded to tell me that it just does nothing, apon arriving to site when you turn the key there is no lights, no lift, nothing!
But the battery is still putting out 48v seems like a fuse ? Which fuse ? Maybe ignition ?

Any ideas ???
