Discussion:
no power up

This is a 2001 unit. Try to key unit and it illuminates the odi and remains lit. The relays on the system card do not close. The rear facing card attached to it has a rapid consistent flash. The traction card led's flash when the key is cycled but then stop. It will very intermitently start up but we are talking every 300 key cycles. I suspect the system card after consulting with my Raymond buddies but no one can tell me for sure. i have the card on order but if you can tell me differently i would love to hear it.

What model is it? EZ-B R35TT or EZ-C? Are you saying the problem is rare and happens every 300th time you turn on the key? If it's that rare then it's not worth troubleshooting. Any EZ-B or EZ-C will do that if you key it back on too fast.

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
