Mitsi engine. woodward fuel system. No normal start, in the sense that machine will start with use of ether. Cranks normally when used, high rpm is normal. Idle is erratic. throttle body just replaced due to seized throttle plate. runs better with fuel trim valves unhooked. no excessive propylene build up found. electronic fuel lock off does click when key turned on.
