I'm looking at the settings I recorded off the original card, to put in the rebuilt card , and on functions 11,12,13. which are LS1,LS2,LS3. The setting are LS! 145, LS2 000, LS3 180. Assuming LS2 is the switch at the top when forward & reverse is cut out, and the 000 setting meaning it is turned off in the card. I'm thinking mabe the F&R ground coming from PB4 & 5 are going thru relays activated by a ground from a n/c LS2 switch, and when the LS2 switch opens at top highth the relay is deactivated cutting out ground to the F & R coils to eliminate drive at certain level. It would explain the no fault code, because this would be a normal function in operating lift. When I get back there I will check for broken wire to LS2 or bad switch.
It sounds pretty desperate, Why it may work.

Sounds like there is a missing negative to control card. If you have a schematic I would trace every negative connection to the card.

Yes it has a MIB card but on this unit it is only for lift and lower controls, unlike the reach truck the speed pot has to be calibrated, thru the MIB.
And yes I wrote down the values of the old card and reprogrammed the new card with exact values. and to make sure card faults was working ok , I diconnected 3 rec. and fault code came up.

Did you reprogram the new card to OEM specs? Never assume that replacement cards come programmed correctly. Several functions could keep it from running if they are set up wrong.

Does this unit have the MIB board? It would be in the RH front of the main compartment. What does the handset show when you turn on the truck?

Fact of the week
The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
