Hi Marc,
Hope you are doing well.
My name is Anh from Vietnam.
Can you please kindly send me the electric circuit diagram for the board NICHIYU FB15-25PN-DC70. We have several forklifts needing repairs without any proper guiding documents. If you do not have it, can you please send me similar ones? We could figure out the exact one later.

Anh

Hello Marc,
Merry Christmas to you and your family!

The sensor that was handing out seems to belong to the hydraulic brake reservoir and is defective!
I did check the oil level and it is OK, so will hunt for a sensor (magnetic reed switch?) in the local market. Else will change the reservoir and sensor in one go using local automobile parts.

I will send the picture a little later.

Hello Marc,
The problem was as your suggested. One wire of the hand brake switch was disconnected. Reconnecting this solved teh problem.
Thank you very much!

I also discovered on sensor that was just hanging loose below the floor board near the steering column. I have taken a picture of this but am not sure how to send this to you.

Another question I have is regarding the steering sensor. What type of sensor is this? Is it a tacho generator? It is fixed on the shaft leading to the steering motor after the steering column. I was expecting this to be attached to the steering column.

The rear parking lights and brake lights are not functioning on this machine. The brake light switch seems to be missing from the brake pedal area and I see 2 wires there. The bulbs on the reas lamps are OK.

Hello tkjith, So if I unstand it correctly the EPS contactor doesn't close. If so measure on the 6 pole connector of the EPS controller pin 3 (red or orange wire). Key switch on and parking brake off, must be battery voltage if not control the parking brake switch and wiring of it. Let me know what you measure.
Kind regards and merry Christmas

hello, I have an FB20p-50c-430m serial no 210236 that has a power steering unit failure. No error code displayed. Am not sure how the steering information is sensed and conveyed to the EPS controller. Controller is not getting power via the contactor and am assuming that the contactor will come on only is eps sensors are ok. Hydraulic and front rear movements are ok.Any tips will be helpful. Are user manuals and technical service/ repair socuments available?
