New ANSI/ASSE Z490.1-2009 Standard on Safety Training

There is a new American National Standards Institute (ANSI) consensus standard entitled Z490.1-2009 "Criteria for Accepted Practices in Safety, Health and Environmental Training". The secretariat is the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE). This standard is one model of "best practices" for how to design, develop, implement, and manage a safety training program for continuous improvement.

Question: If you use ANSI consensus standards in the Americas or elsewhere, what section(s) of Z490.1-2009 do you find most helpful as you design your "forklift" training?
