Hyster H2.5TX:
Need to enter service screen

I have a Hyster H2.5TX and want to enter the service menu. It has 3 buttons on the right hand side of the display, right, left and M. How do you access the service menu using these keys? Alternatively if anyone has a service manual you could send me that as I believe it is in the manual

still no joy in info on this truck from my side of the pond
all i can make out is this truck is a fortis model built in hysters asian market which i have no access or information for.
i looked through all the fortis model trucks diagnostic information and there are no codes like D007, all their listed codes are numeric , no letters.
you may have to contact your dealer tech there and get help from him or maybe someone else here can assist you.
Sorry i cannot help, wish i could :o)

jeff
not sure where that truck was mfg'd at but i have no records of the model or serial number listed in any hyster database i have access to, Americas or Europe, neither one.

are you absolutely sure about those?
Since the serial number you list ends in an E that would make it a 2007 year model which is listed in hyster's db , they just do not show what you list here anywhere.
i know sometimes these dataplates can get faded or hard to read over time... you may want to recheck that to be sure.
Check the stamp on the frame on the right side of the truck by the hood and see what is stamped in the frame.

Code D007. In the past I have had a TX with similar issues, the Hyster mechanic came out and cleared it out through the service screen without a laptop or scanner. Apparently sometimes these trucks think they are on diesel not LPG for some reason.

what are you needing to see in the service menu that what ever problem the truck is having can't be answered in open forum here?
what problem are you having with this truck?

Also fyi:
sharing service manuals violates forum TOS so no, i cannot share a manual with you, sorry.

If there is a particular diagram or chart you need i may can provide this but am limited to what i can provide. Besides that, all dealers are instructed to change service menu access codes upon pre-delivery of machine so what manual says code is in most cases may not work.

So what's wrong with the truck?
display showing a code?
a particular symptom it is giving?
