Machine not working

Machine switched off battery disconnected am getting 37v dc at the battery terminals and also 37v dc at the drive motor terminals u v w terminals and contacter disconnected am also getting 37v dc on the battery positive terminal to the controller.Machine displays (Bus Fail System)
Please help with information or troubleshooting and training guides or service manual

"Unit starts in the accessory position and does not disengage the starter. Replaced the starter and key switch but nothing changed. Tried tracing wiring but I'm having trouble understanding the wiring schematic for it. Anyone ever seen this issue or have a better wiring schematic than what crown has?"
