One of our newer service techs who has limited experience on linde units. Replaced a few seals On the travel control unit (Double Pedal) in a Linde H25D-03 351 Series With a Perkins. We had no previous issues besides leaking fluid. Unit Idled Correctly and Engine Speed control was accurate.
The issue we are having is the unit starts up and the idle slowly increases to ~75% over a 20 second time frame. & will not go below 75% throttle point. if you go fwd or rev you will get 100% or if you activates the hydraulic the engine will reach 100% but it will not drop below the 75% point.
Is there an adjustment on the travel control unit to the hydraulic engine speed control unit?
Its almost like the travel control unit is slowing pumping fluid in to the hydraulic engine speed control circuit to a certain pressure and stopping. you can push slowly the hydraulic engine control rod lever back by hand at a idle but the process then repeats
I tried to reference documentation on the 350 and 352 series truck to no avail, We have no documentation of the 351 series
Any Help would be great.
