The machine is not going into gear just using the inching pedal. I can get to go into gear by putting the transmission in neutral then putting into gear. Once it's in gear then it will shift between forwards and reverse fine but if I let the pedal out and the transmission is in high or low I can't get it back into gear without putting the transmission back in neutral. Any suggestions? Thanks
