I had replaced the $4000 "brain" a couple + months ago. I installed a Battery Extra to assist in the sulfate battery buildup. After 2.5 months with the new brain, I am now getting a read out of:
S 246:
MASTER KO
M 19:
LOGIC FAILURE #1
The machine will barely move 3" before it dies.
First, what is this code telling me? Second, would an old battery system cause a new brain to fail due to a "bad cell"?
Thanks in advance.

M= Master
19= logic failure #1: alarm in U,V,W voltage feedback circuit, fault code 19 can occur in both master, slave and pump.
Its a Zapi Dual AC2 drive controller, fault codes 19 # and #2 can occur in (M)Master and (P)Pump controller.
S would indicate a problem in the slave part of a controller, number 246 is not described.
Check motorcables of drive circuit, check main-contacter, check power cables to contrllers.
Chances are you have a faulty drive motor or a short in wiring.
If you need more info, i can email it to you, when i have your e-mail adress.
