PROBLEM & action taken
1. After running for a few minutes hydraulic functions stop with error L225 or L863 together.
2. We identified pump metal particles and dust in hydraulic oil. We replaced all hydraulic
filters, air filter and Hydraulic oil.
3. Pump suction side damage (Cavitation). we replaced the pump but still noise while lifting
( like less suction or suction leak)
4. Valve block cleaned
5. Hydraulic AC Motor winding and frame leak checked seems ok
Any help on above will be appreciated.

Las partículas de metal han podido ser producidas por un motor hidráulico, no sé cuantos lleva ese equipo.
Si hay algún otro elemento hidráulico que ha podido producir esas partículas, sería conveniente revisarlo internamente.
Puedes volver a tener partículas en el circuito, aún con los elementos nuevos.

hello, did you replace the hydraulic tank cap? it may be cracked if the circuit has not been depressurized properly.
