Hydraulic Manifold Issues

So we just put a new manifold into a 2012 model. Hooked everything up and now our problem is that we cannot get the forks to come down. Every other function works (tilt, forks in/out, slide left/right) the only way we can get the forks down is if we actuate another lever and then push the lever on the forks, or if we hit the gas pedal and rev up the RPM's then push the lever to bring the forks down. We checked the solenoid below the fuse panel. We have 12v there when you actuate the lever and you can hear it working but we have nothing.

Try spinning the lift spool 180 and see if that helps. I know that issue was around on some Clarks.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
