Discussion:
Hydraulic issues

Hello, I have a S40 side loader yom 2003.
It's had a new engine fitted by the owner.....
They have got it running but have no hydraulic functions- traction or lift.
I have been asked to look at it. I can't seem to get it to bleed at all.
It has stood for about 7 months.
Sometimes I nearly get there , then the engine cuts out- due to a sensor in the hydraulic tank stopping the engine.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
