H80D slow tilt

...I'm having an issue with an H80, that doesn't throttle up when tilting or fork positioning. It throttles up when lifting, but doesn't for the other commands. they are very slow....no codes....went thru everything with the laptop today when I plugged into it..everything looks ok. Hydro fluid is up....pump sounds noisy at idle though
