Fuel problem

I have a lift in the shop that isn't getting fuel, not sure what the voltage should be at plugs... Can anyone help me out?

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
