Discussion:
Forklift wholesalers

Can anyone refer me to a "wholesaler" that doesn't sell at retail prices or actually knows the condition of what they are selling. It seems like in the past 2 years most wholesalers actually retail their trucks and offer maybe a 10% discount to a dealer. It also seems that if you would like pictures, condition reports or ,god forbid, an hour meter reading, they can't be bothered. Lately, most wholesalers don't even look at the most basic operations of a lift truck. It has gotten so bad that if you can get a set of forks with the truck consider yourself lucky, but in all likelihood they are either bent or mismatched.

In all fairness the general pricing on good used LPG trucks at wholesale level in North America has increased, as their is a shortage of good units in the market. We ALWAYS do a 1 hour inspection on all forklifts that we wholesale & rep the trucks accordingly. We try to keep our prices attractive, please contact us and we will be more then happy to fill your used forklift needs @ (866) 848-5400

As a customer you are entiled to all of the information necessary in order for you to make the right decision with the minimum amount of risk. My suggestion is to get in contact with three wholesalers and make them your main providers asking them if they are willing to provide all of your required information. I will bet you will have better reults that way.
