Electronic governor speed control warning light

Hello! I have a Toyota 2005, 4 cylinder. The warning light came on yesterday and keeps flashing. How do I fix it? Please help!

Speed controller issue. Check wiring to and from speed and sas controllers.

it keeps flashing 3 then 3. over and over

The flashes should be in code, like 6 than 2 for 62. That info would be helpful.
