Atlet UNS 200D:
Cuts out every morning

Hi, A customer has an Atlet UNS 200D (double deep reach truck) Every morning when he turns it on, it comes up with error code E71, If he tries the Hydraulics 1st, the machine shuts down on code E105.... If he tries the traction 1st, it shuts down on error code 106E. Whichever order this is done, after one or two resets on the ignition keypad, the truck comes on, stays on and doesn't fault for the rest of the day. I have tried in vain to speak to Atlets Tech' after making an initial query not dissimilar to here, But alas, I am not getting any response or callback. This fault is the same every morning and as regular as clockwork. Does anyone know where I might find any answers or possible Technical assistance please?
Cheers in advance of anyone who can help. Iain

can you not just adjust the internal resistance compensation in the controller settings to adjust for battery voltages?
Most electrics i've worked on have this option to fine tune the system so it can read battery voltages more accurately to avoid problems such as this.
It should be covered in the service manual.

now here is a very proud tech well you truck cuts out every morning error code 106-105-or 71 the problem is the battery has to much power fist thing in the morning and the computer lost contact w/ the drive and pump controls to avoid the from happening look under the panel and remove the small wires from the big power cables the connect drive & pump controls and drive & pump motor, that will solve your problem,

You won't ever get a call back from Atlet techs, they think they are above us normal folk.
