Code 18-3

Hi Everyone! Really hoping someone can help me with this.
I have a Toyota 8FDU25 with the 1ZS, 3 cylinder turbo engine.
It is giving me code 18-3 with flashing wrench light.
Does anyone have any info on this? Any help greatly appreciated.
