8FBCU30 Steering noise, normal

Hi. we just received our brand new Toyota electric forklift 8FBCU30.
But whenever we turn the steering wheel, constant whizzing noise can be heard coming from the front and bottom of the forklift.
Questioned about it, but was being told by the seller's mechanic that it's normal.
The 2 other 3 wheel toyota electric forklifts we have dont have such noise at all.
I am very skeptical here..
