More than half of TVH's orders are being placed via its customer software, Quick Source, which has just become available in new language versions and with new features.

TVH Quick Source version 5.2 is out and the Belgian company boasts new functions including an invoice management feature and an up-to-date view on special promotions.

TVH says over 50% of orders are inputted via Quick Source and at least 75% of price inquiries are entered via the software. It has been installed on over 10,000 computers in over 100 countries.

Besides using Quick Source for inquiries and orders, customers can access technical product information, catalogues and technical sheets.

Quick Source is now available in several new language versions - Polish, Czech, Romanian, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Lithuanian.

Quick Source, launched in 1999 after a testing period of four years, has evolved over time with version 5.1 introduced last year.
