E-Reco system as standard for trucks
Ancenis, France

Manitou is offering, as standard, the E- Reco attachment-recognition system on its new-generation MRT EASY and MRT PRIVILEGE + ranges of rotative telescopic trucks.
The system uses RFID radio-identification technology, which can recover and record data remotely. It detects the attachment at the head of the boom, analyses its data and directly proposes the corresponding working configuration.
The technology provides the load chart in real time, taking into account the rotation angle of the turret and the position of the machine's stabilisers, in accordance with the standard relative to mobile cranes.

Birmingham, United Kingdom

Wilmat Ltd has updated its Bulldog range following customer feedback.

"As customers look to improve the efficiency of their operations, speed and accuracy has become increasingly important and so we've made power steering an optional feature across the Bulldog range." The battery-powered Bulldog is equipped with tilt operation as standard and an electronic braking system.

"Sold separately, forklift add-on systems such as iTEch Tyre, iTEch Gear or iTEch Speed are designed to improve materials handling operations, offering various benefits, but by combining three products into a multi-functional module, we have made the system even easier for customers to manage," explains Paul Sercombe of Transmon Engineering.
