For over a decade, PALFINGER and Danfoss Power Solutions have partnered to offer innovations to customers. Their latest collaboration centres on connectivity for PALFINGER cranes. In a first step, the focus will be on implementing the new Danfoss connectivity on selected crane models. But mid- and long-term telematics solutions will be available for all PALFINGER products.
The fourth-generation Danfoss connectivity solution will provide PALFINGER's customers with data to make informed business decisions using a global, state-of-the-art, secure cloud-based communication infrastructure.
Henrik V. Jorgensen, president - controls division at Danfoss Power Solutions, states that "this is a new way of building cranes and a new way of doing business enabled by our solution, so we're really happy about enabling PALFINGER to offer this technology".
