PotisEdge inks deal with Lion PowerDeal signed to developed forklift energy solutions

Energy storage systems provider, British Columbia-headquartered PotisEdge, has signed an agreement with Lion Power to develop energy solutions for the North American materials handling sector.
Under the new agreement, PotisEdge will provide advanced intelligent battery management systems for North American materials handling equipment, leveraging Lion Power’s award-winning Autonomous Power Management system.
Together the companies have a goal of exceeding annual deliveries of 10,000 battery systems to the North American materials handling market.
“This partnership will address current industry pain points managing forklift power,” PotisEdge states. “Which will significantly enhance the competitiveness of both companies in the power battery market.
“It also marks a breakthrough in PotisEdge’s strategic presence in North America, establishing a solid foundation for sustained growth in the region.”

The Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) had a record-breaking 131 attendees at its Women in Equipment Conference held recently in Chicago.
This year attendees represented dealerships, manufacturers, and service providers across all areas and levels of the equipment industry, organisers say.

PEAC Solutions has acquired ABN AMRO UK'S leasing business
Asset finance platform PEAC (Pan European Americas Capital) Solutions has acquired the ABN AMRO UK leasing business which offers equipment leasing finance.
In the UK, PEAC Solutions has more than 23,000 unique customers ranging from large corporates to small and medium sized enterprises, providing leasing solutions across a broad range of asset classes.
“PEAC’s experience in asset financing complements the ABN AMRO UK leasing portfolio, whose clients include SMEs through to multi-nationals,” PEAC states. “PEAC Solutions is working closely with ABN AMRO UK to ensure a seamless transition of customers to PEAC Solutions.”
