The fork protectors are extremely valuable in any industry and application where the forklifts are receiving heavy workloads and especially where they are working on hard surfaces. The load protector options are essential in industries where loads are fragile for whatever reason. Most loads need to be protected from rough treatment and from forklifts that are operating at good speeds. Examples are the white goods industries, foods, flowers, electronics, paper, furniture, retail, freight forwarding and docks etc...Let's face it fork trucks are a means to move goods and assets easily and economically. Unfortunately, in the process, the truck and often the load can get damaged. This means increased cost and reduced profit.

Fork Protectors (Solution 1)

In certain environments where damage to loads is unlikely or not as critical, this base level option provides maximum fork protection and represents excellent value for money. Made from special cast steel and easily fitted in minutes with high tensile steel bolts, Jayline Fork Protectors prevent forks from dragging on the ground.

When worn, the protectors are adjustable and then reversible so that they can continue to offer protection to the forks. Jayline estimates that up to 10 sets of forks can be saved from replacement before the protectors themselves need replacing.

This option can be upgraded, if required, with additional Load Protection Pads.

Fork Protectors with inbuilt Load Protection (Solution 2)

These revolutionary patented protectors mean your forks will last almost indefinitely but also have the added feature of carefully designed inbuilt rubber inserts that help reduce impact and so protect valuable loads and assets from collision damage with the fork carriage. This option can also be further upgraded, if required, with additional Load Protection Pads for even greater load protection.
