Want takes delivery of its new Haulotte HT23RTJ Pro 23 |
With the delivery of a new Haulotte HT23RTJ Pro 23 m telescopic boom, Want Access' fleet has expanded to enable the three-year-old access hire company to offer larger equipment to its customers.
The Haulotte HT23RTJ telescopic boom is the 600th machine in Want Access' fleet which encompasses electric scissor lifts and man lifts, and now bigger boom lifts up to 23 m as well as telescopic handlers.
According to Want Access managing director Peter Gilmore, the hire company is drawn to Haulotte's "excellent service and support and quality equipment".
Want Access has experienced rapid growth since its inception in March 2014 and the intention is to continue to grow, with plans to expand into other states in the future.
"The success of the business and its rapid growth over the past three years is largely due to the way we have always, and will continue to, run lean to reduce costs. This is my mantra when running any business and this method has allowed Want Access' return on investment from machines to be used to purchase more equipment and ensure profits.
"Equipment like that we get from Haulotte is key to keeping operating costs down; the productivity of the equipment and the reliable on-board diagnostic, ACTIV'Screen, means less downtime.
"You can be sure we will continue to include Haulotte equipment in our product line-up," he adds.
