Haulotte has released a new generation of the HA20 RTJ rough-terrain articulating boom. The new version of the machine has been completely redesigned to meet changing worksite requirements.
The boom comes with a standard articulated arm providing 11.9 m horizontal outreach, with a Dual Reach option increasing the load and tilt capacities.
The HA20 RTJ is equipped with standard four-wheel drive and two-wheel steering, with an oscillating axle that allows the machine to adapt to all conditions, keeping the wheels in constant contact with the ground.
The automatic differential lock provides extra traction on uneven or sloping ground, allowing the operator to maintain full manoeuvrability and navigate obstacles without difficulty.
Aware of the environmental challenges facing the construction industry, Haulotte has adopted a new engine, rated at less than 18.5 kW, combined with optimised mechanical and hydraulic systems to deliver maximum torque while reducing fuel consumption by 35% to 50%.
The HA20 RTJ offers several onboard diagnostic solutions to facilitate fleet management and minimise downtime. These tools enable the collection of machine operating data, the resolution of fault codes and the rapid identification of troubleshooting.
