CLARK Material Handilng Company has announced the appointment of Gauthier Lift as an authorised distributor of CLARK products for the Trois-Rivieres, Québec City and Eastern Québec.

Headquartered in Warwick, Québec, Gauthier Lift rents, sells and leases a wide variety of materials handling equipment including forklifts (electric, propane and diesel) and pallet trucks.

Scott Johnson, CLARK's vice president of business development, says his company is excited to partner with a proven materials handling provider in Québec. "Gauthier Lift's excellent reputation for customer service will serve our customers well in the Trois-Rivieres, Québec City and Eastern Québec markets. Gauthier Lift will support its CLARK new equipment, aftermarket parts and service efforts out of multiple locations in Warwick and Drummondville, Québec.

Gauthier was established in 1993, tracing its origins to mechanic Paul Gauthier's first garage in 1968.

The company relocated in the early 2000s, and acquired the Interlift company, located in Drummondville, in 2006.
