New site for Watts Equipment

Forklift dealer Watts Equipment Co Inc has moved about three mi. (4.8 km) to a larger facility, also within Manteca.

Watts describes its new location as having an "industry-leading demo showroom, larger parts department, larger tyre selection, special parts department entry, larger service and maintenance area (and) training room".

The new site has 24,000 sqft. (2,230 sqm) of office and shop space on 3.2 acres and was previously occupied by CV Fabricators Inc.

The earlier Watts Equipment building occupied 15,000 sqft. (1,350 sqm).

Established in 1967, Watts Equipment began representing the Toyota brand in 1971 and the Crown brand in 1984. Marolyn and Brock Watts own the dealership, and Shirley Perreira is president.
