Alta Equipment Company has announced the appointment of Ryan Greenawalt as the company's new president. In this role, Greenawalt will be responsible for strategy, corporate development and the day-to-day operations of Alta and affiliated businesses. For the past five years, he has served as Alta's executive vice president, leading corporate shared services, construction equipment, contractors' rental and the Illinois lift truck businesses. His responsibility has been expanded to include Alta's industrial business in Michigan.

Barou Equipements has appointed Stefan Luhn as sales manager - Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe. Luhn's role is to service Germany and other German-speaking markets, developing Barou's exports.
He has worked for a number of companies in the attachments and forklift markets for the past 25 years.
Luhn is based in the centre of Germany.
