FLEXX has expanded its affiliate program with the addition of Dan Oriente, the former materials handling business development manager at TVH Americas.
Oriente brings over 24 years of experience in the materials handling equipment industry, starting out in various areas of service, moving into parts management and then transitioning into roles focused on building and maintaining relationships within key accounts. In his new role with FLEXX, Oriente will be responsible for identifying highly qualified service providers and developing FLEXX affiliate relationships.

Wiesbaden, GermanyWolfgang Faden was appointed to the board of
KION Group AG, with effect from 1 August. He succeeds Johannes Huth, a partner and member of the executive committee of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. Partners LLP. Huth stepped down from his post on 31 July 2015 after KION GROUP AG shares held in funds advised by KKR had been sold in full.
Faden has a degree in business administration and professional qualifications in insurance. Until 2011, he served as CEO for Germany and Central Europe for Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty AG in Munich. Prior to that, he sat on the management board of Cologne-based Gerling Vertrieb Industrie AG and Gerling Vertrieb Firmen und Privat AG. Faden began his career in 1972 at the Gerling Group, where he held a variety of positions, including in management.
