Brad Allen has been appointed vice president of marketing, product management and engineering; adding responsibility for marketing to his existing role.
Karen Stash has been promoted to senior director of global marketing and product management. She will continue to report to Allen.
Since joining the team in 1999, Allen has held a variety of positions with Terex AWP, including two design director positions, leading product management, senior director of operations for three Genie factories, and general management roles before taking responsibility for Genie design engineering in 2010.
Prior to Terex, Allen held a variety of product development positions, most recently as vice president - engineering in a small manufacturing company. He started his career in the US Air Force as an aircraft maintenance officer.
Prior to joining Terex AWP, Stash was vice president of applications engineering at BioVantage Resources, a Colorado-based company, where she identified and marketed wastewater remediation technologies to various industries. She also worked at Microsoft for 10 years as the founder and president of a device certification corporation, where she established all aspects of a new corporation including governance, marketing and sales strategy, technical and legal requirements. In a second position at Microsoft, she was the worldwide lead of risk reduction across the supply chain in the manufacturing and operations group. She also spent 11 years with Weston Solutions, a Pennsylvania-based engineering firm.

Transmon Engineering has restructured its sales team, which includes appointing
Pete Boettcher as a new sales manager. The company says the most important change will be customer support that is available through the new sales and customer service team. Customer service will be provided through technical pre-sales support, field sales support and after-sales support.
Boettcher has worked for Transmon for over 13 years, rising from field engineer to senior technical advisor/installation engineer. He has worked from the company's offices in Syston, Leicestershire and in the field throughout the UK. He has been involved in the training of all the Transmon field engineers and has a comprehensive understanding of the existing product range and new products in the Transmon portfolio. He also helped in the development of the company's latest range of iTEch systems, which were launched at IMHX 2013.

Losada's role is national sales manager for Colombia, Venezuela, Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala and the Caribbean. He brings more than five years of industry experience to this position, having previously worked with South American dealerships. Losada earned his bachelor's degree from Universidad de los Andes, a top-ranked university in Colombia, and his MBA from the HULT International Business School.
Stehberg is national sales manager for Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay. He has more than 14 years of industry experience, previously serving as parts and accessory manager at Ford Motor Co, Chile; development, sales and marketing manager at Central Frenos Chile; and product manager at Derco Chile. Stehberg received a bachelor's degree in business from Diego Portales University and earned his MBA from Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
Serna manages sales for all of Mexico with responsibilities for market development and new equipment and sales growth for the UniCarriers México SA de CV in Villas del Sol unit. He has more than 14 years' experience in the materials handling industry. He led projects for other firms in territory development, branch establishment, brand awareness, market share growth and new product launches. Serna earned his bachelor's degree in information systems from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
