Greg Hewitt

Greg Hewitt has been appointed executive vice president for the Americas region at Kalmar, which is a part of Cargotec. Hewitt has over 25 years of experience in industrial equipment, transportation, major appliances and retail businesses. He has worked as president and CEO of Heil Trailer International, as vice president and general manager of Komatsu North America's construction division and as executive vice president of sales, marketing and customer service at Jacobsen, a Textron company. He succeeds Lennart Brelin, who is leaving Kalmar at the end of 2014 to pursue other interests. Brelin developed Cargotec's operations in the Americas region during the past 26 years.

Mark Porwit

UniCarriers Americas Corp has appointed Mark Porwit as director of marketing and product management. Porwit has over 20 years of industry experience. He was senior director of product management at WMS Industries and senior product manager at Fibre-Craft Materials. He has also served as director of marketing for Midway Amusement Games.
In this role, he will be responsible for overall leadership of the marketing department and building and expanding the UniCarriers Americas product management team. He will also lead the development and coordination of all sales and product training initiatives.

PECO Pallet has named R Keith Harrison as senior advisor to its board. Harrison previously served as Procter & Gamble's global product supply officer, responsible for moving more than 250 of the company's products to five billion consumers in 130 countries. Harrison, who spent more than 40 years at Procter & Gamble, has experience leading large, diverse global organisations. During his tenure at Procter & Gamble, Harrison managed company-wide supply chain activities including manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, logistics and quality. He also served as a vice president and general manager of the Western Europe tissue/towel division and as vice president for product supply throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He currently serves on the board for Midmark Corporation, Hayco Manufacturing and Enerfab.
