Wiesbaden, GermanyThe supervisory board of Linde Material Handling GmbH has appointed
Harald Will to the companys management board for a period of four years starting from 1 January 2014. As chief technology officer, he will be in charge of the newly created research and development department.
A qualified mechanical engineer, Will is currently head of product development of KION Group and of Linde Material Handling. He has been working in development at Linde Material Handling since 1987. In 1992, he took over a design department; in 1999, he became main department head of design. Since 2005, he has been in overall charge of industrial truck development for Linde Material Handling. He studied mechanical engineering at Darmstadt Technical University.
Andreas Krinninger has also been appointed to the management board. As chief financial officer, he will be responsible for the finance and accounting department. Krinninger succeeds
Dr Matthias Schmitz , who is stepping down from the board from 31 December 2013, after more than six years, to pursue new challenges elsewhere.
Krinninger, also a qualified mechanical engineer, is currently chief restructuring officer of KION Group. He has been responsible for group-wide projects promoting revenue growth as well as product and efficiency improvements. From 2007 to 2011, he was a director at KKR Capstone. Before that, he held senior management positions with Grohe, the sanitary fittings manufacturer, and with airline caterers LSG Sky Chefs. From 1995 to 2001, he worked for the management consultant McKinsey.

Joe Cacopardo as national marketing manager and
Anne Ewing as national manager of dealer IT operations.
Cacopardo is responsible for the overall management of TMHUs nationwide marketing and advertising efforts, and for supporting the Toyota brand. He has over 20 years of marketing experience and previously worked for Polaris Industries, Chris Craft Boats, Volvo Trucks and Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Most recently, he was director of marketing for Sea Ray Boats.
Ewing will manage the sales, implementation, support, training and system improvements/developments of the Toyota MH standardised dealer business system. She has over 23 years experience in the equipment dealership industry. She was most recently the manager of sales and operations for the US division of Dysel Business Software. She was previously vice president and CFO of Prolift Industrial Equipment, where she oversaw accounting, budgeting, forecasting, information systems, equipment sales, rental, parts sales, and service management, and played a pivotal role in expanding the dealership.
