Nissan Forklift Corp has appointed Dale Skiles as national account manager. He has 17 years' industry experience. He will be responsible for US accounts, and develop new North American accounts.
He has attended graduate courses at Kansas State University, Manhattan, and received the Secretary of Defence Productivity Excellence Award, two Meritorious Service medals and six Army Commendation medals during his military service.

Niagara Falls, Canada
Terry James has been appointed regional sales manager - Ontario, for Palfinger North America. He will manage all Ontario crane, forklift and Palfinger American Roll-off dealers, and provide additional support to the company's key account sales in Canada. James has worked with Palfinger North America since September 2003.

Tokyo, Japan
Komatsu Ltd has appointed new members to its international advisory board, which meets with the company's top management to discuss relevant issues and to exchange views. They are:
Professor Sea Jin Chang, Provost's Chair Professor of the NUS Business School, National University of Singapore; Carlos Mazzorin, former president and COO of Magna Electronics Inc and a member of Amerigon Incorporated's board of directors; Dr Günter Rommel, shareholder and vice chairman of the supervisory boards for SorTech AG and Webasto AG; and Susumu Takahashi, chairman of the Japan Research Institute Ltd.

Since the board's establishment in 1995, it has met 28 times.
