Columbus, IN, United StatesToshiya Yamagishi has been appointed president of Toyota Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Inc (TIEM) as well as president of Toyota Industries North America Inc and vice chairman of Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA) of Columbus, Indiana. Yamagishi also serves on the board of directors for Toyota Material Handling USA Inc of Irvine, California.
Yamagishi has nearly 30 years of industrial experience. He joined Toyoda Automatic Loom Works Ltd (now known as Toyota Industries Corp/TICO) in 1982. Most recently, he was the managing officer of the Obu plant in Japan, the corporate centre production control department and the business planning and production generalisation departments in the compressor division.
Kazue Sasaki, TMHNA's current chairman and TIEM's outgoing president, has been promoted to president of Toyota Material Handling Group. He now oversees all Toyota materials handling operations worldwide and maintains his title as TMHNA's chairman.
Sasaki has over 20 years of engineering and leadership experience with TICO. During his two-year tenure as TIEM president, TIEM was named the top plant in the US by
Plant Engineering magazine and a top green supply chain partner by
Inbound Logistics magazine.

Sly Bericic has been appointed FleetNet's manager of software development. Bericic has over 12 years of experience in software engineering and development. He was previously software development manager for MRI Software, a company that creates accounting and property management software for the commercial real estate market. Bericic has also served in the military for 20 years, managing logistics and quality assurance.
David Perkins has been appointed network and service administrator for FleetNet. Perkins has experience working in private and state government infrastructure areas.
Andrew Lineberger has been appointed head of the customer and vendor integration department. His previous experience includes the retail tyre industry.
Pam McSwain will organise and maintain FleetNet's training materials and curriculum as training co-ordinator. She will work closely with different departments to establish training baselines for new hires and continuing education for employees.
Jason Graton joins FleetNet as a software developer. His previous positions include web developer for a global language study site.

DeJohn has been a salesman with Ring Power for several months. He has 18 years of experience in the forklift industry and started his career with Crown Lift Trucks in Illinois. He has held the positions of sales manager, regional sales manager and national account sales manager, while representing manufacturers like Atlet, Drexel, Linde and Nissan.
