-- Forkliftaction.com News understands Kalmar dealer Attica Equipment may have closed the largest materials handling deal in Canadian history.

Forkliftaction.com sources in the region say Domans Forest Products has ordered 36 Kalmar 30,000-pound (13.6-tonne) capacity log handlers through Attica.

It is understood the deal is not yet finalised, but neither Kalmar nor Attica would comment before press time. Gary Levers, of Attica, said the deal would be announced "in a few weeks".
