Every week I comb through news about forklifts from around the world.

Every other week there’s a report of an accident involving materials handling equipment.

This week was out of the ordinary. There were just so many reports about forklift injuries and fatalities and in most cases the accidents were the result of a few seconds of inattention.

No matter where you are in the world, from Wales to Malaysia, please stay safe out there.

Also, stand by for previews and news in future editions of the upcoming MODEX convention in Atlanta in the United States and LogiMAT in Stuttgart in Germany.
