• Electric Driven Fork Positioner for AGV
  • This electric driven fork positioner is part of the AGV attachments range. With all sensors and wiring already included in the supply, the attachment is ready to be fitted on the agv and to run. Wide attachment range already available, both hydraulic and electric driven, with specific sensors controlled and managed directly by the AGV monitor. 

• Fork Positioners with Camera Forks
  • Shaft-guided Fork positioner 6-26 Series and light version MZ fork positioner version, now fitted with Camera Forks
  • The MEYER shaft-guided fork positioner 6-26 Series is very robust and offers high fork positioning speed and synchronisation, with an excellent  energy efficiency as well as the lowest TCO.
  • The BOLZONI lightweight MZ fork positioner has fork carriers actuated by two hydraulic cylinders, having differentiated diameters, sliding on a chromed bar, ensuring fast, smooth and accurate fork positioning.
  • Both fork positioners are fitted with Easy-FORK Vision Systems: a side fork camera, a tip fork camera, and a central camera fitted on the fork positioner frame, with laser beam, to improve safety and productivity granting for  better visibility from the driver seat. The camera system is connected to a cabin mounted monitor.

• Paper Roll Clamp, AR Series with built-in damage prevention
  • This 180-degree rotating AURAMO paper roll clamp is extremely operator-friendly and is used for vertical and horizontal roll handling. The pivoting arm movement enables the handling of 1 or 2 rolls at a time, with a split long arm.
  • All hydraulic functions are protected with built-in pressure relief valves, and all service and maintenance points are easily available. 

• Easy-FORCE-P Pressure Control System
  • To be fitted on AURAMO Paper Roll Clamps, this semi-automatic pressure control system  works with sensors and a touch screen device, for the interaction with the operator inside the cabin. The device is linked to a remote handling data management.

• Carton and Appliances Clamp with ForceBalance Pad, Easy-MOVE Laser Sensors System and Easy-FORCE-C
  • The BOLZONI easy-MOVE intelligent carton clamp, with the completely automatic laser sensors system we present is equipped with a  spring pad system, which allows to perfectly distribute the clamping force over the pad’s surface. Ask for the Bolzoni Gold Maintenance Program.
  • The home and appliance clamp is presented with a full set of intelligent options, with laser sensors and touch screen monitor. The IoT portal will connect Managers to the handling data remotely.

• Multiple Pallet Handler – Green Footprint and Total Cost of Ownership
  • The MEYER 3/2/1 Pallet Handler, with its completely encapsulated MEYER Shaft Guide Concept, provides a permanent lubrication system for both attachment functions, the sideshift and the fork arm movement, providing exceptional maintenance intervals that allow extended operating times for an increased pallet turnaround. The highest efficiency in the logistics at the minimal life cycle costs.
